Bassam Rashad

Bassam Rashad is a seasoned professional in operations and business development with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Business Development at ALMED RETAIL, Bassam manages the hospitality division, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation. Previously, Bassam held the position of Director of Operations at Independent Food Company, focusing on the Joe and The Juice brand in Saudi Arabia. Additional roles include Head of Operations at Charleys Philly Steaks and F&B Brand Operations Manager at ALMADANI GROUP LLC, among others. With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Helwan University Cairo, Bassam has cultivated a strong track record in brand management, operational efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration across various regions.
