Nadia Pliushenkova

Nadia Pliushenkova began their work experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Talent Search People in 2017. Nadia was responsible for finding talents in the fields of Tech, Sales, and Marketing. In 2018, they joined Spotcap Global as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they handled full-cycle recruiting for various teams and managed the recruitment process. In 2020, Nadia started working as a Freelance Recruiter and Interim Recruiter, providing recruiting services to different companies on a freelance basis. Nadia also took on interim roles as a Talent Acquisition Manager at companies like Parloa, The Stryze Group, and Parloa again, managing daily recruiting tasks, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. In 2022, Nadia worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at andcompany GmbH before joining Almedia in 2023 as the Head of People.

Nadia Pliushenkova received a Bachelor's Degree in Translation, Interpretation, and Linguistics (Russian, English, German) from Tomsk Polytechnic University in 2006. Nadia then pursued a Master's Degree in World Heritage Studies from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their Master's Degree, they also studied Accounting and Finance at Tomsk Polytechnic University from 2005 to 2006.
