Ahmed Samir

Ahmed Samir is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of People, Culture, and Legal Affairs at almentor since July 2025, and as Senior Legal Counsel at Samira Gargash since November 2023. Previously, Ahmed held the position of Head of Legal & HR at BYJU'S from June 2022 to October 2025, and led the Legal Department at Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group from October 2017 to July 2019, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing contracts and providing legal case studies. As a Legal Consultant for OnTime Group UAE and Saeed Sulayem Group of Companies, Ahmed developed legal frameworks and represented clients in various legal matters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law from Cairo University and two Master of Laws degrees, one in Economics and Commercial Law and another focused on Private Law, from Banha University.
