Danny Schenkel

Danny Schenkel is a highly experienced football coach currently serving as the Head Coach of Almere City U23 since July 2023. Prior to this role, Danny held the position of Head Coach for Sparta Rotterdam U18 from June 2022 to July 2023 and led the Ajax Women as Head Coach from June 2019 to June 2022. Additional coaching experience includes roles at Zwaluwen Vlaardingen, Bussumse Football Club BFC, and DCG Amsterdam. Danny also worked as a Players Agent at SportLife Management and served as a trainer for the Ajax Challenge. Danny's football career began as a player at AFC Ajax from July 2012 to June 2014. Danny Schenkel holds a UEFA A Youth coaching degree from KNVB and a marketing degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, specializing in marketing management.
