Susan Morrissey

Susan Morrissey has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the role of Human Resources Director. Susan began their career at E.D. Smith Foods, Ltd. in 2006 and held the position for 12 years. During this time, they played a key role in driving the activities of the Human Resource Department for the Canadian operations. Susan initiated various programs to enhance operations, tap into employee talent, and stimulate positive business growth. Susan also provided coaching and education to managers on performance management, Human Rights, Employment Standards, and employee relations. In 2021, they joined Almex Group as their Human Resources Director.
