David Guinart Carvajal

David Guinart Carvajal has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, with their most recent role being Senior Director at Almirall. Prior to that, they held various HR roles at Ferrer, including Head of Core HR and HR Business Partner. David has extensive experience in labour relations, people administration, and compensation & benefits.

David Guinart Carvajal completed their Diploma in Business Sciences and Labor Relations at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2004 to 2008. David then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Labor Sciences at Universitat de Barcelona from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, David attended the University of California, Berkeley for Negotiation & Conflict Resolution. In 2019, they obtained The Predictive Index Certification and is also a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certified by WORLD AT WORK.
