Esther Garcia Gil

Esther Garcia Gil has a diverse work experience starting in 1997 as a Fellow at Hospital Vall d'Hebron, followed by roles at Omnicare Clinical Research as a CTM. Esther then moved to Almirall, where they held various positions in Clinical Development and Global Medical Affairs. Esther also worked at AstraZeneca as the Global Head of Biologic brand in Respiratory & Inmunology. In 2021, Esther joined Almirall as the VP of Global Clinical Development.

Esther Garcia Gil completed their Licenciado degree in Medicine at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 1987 to 1992. Esther then pursued a Specialist degree in Microbiology at the same university from 1993 to 1996. In 2016, Esther attended IESE Business School for the Program for Director's Development (PDD) in Executive Management.
