Marta Candales

Marta Candales is an experienced legal and organizational leader with a diverse background in procurement, sustainability, and human resources within the pharmaceutical industry. Since joining Almirall in May 2014, Marta has held several key positions, including Senior Director of People & Culture in R&D and interim roles as Global Sustainability Associate Director and Industrial Procurement Director. Prior to Almirall, Marta worked at Garrigues from October 2004 to April 2014, advancing from Junior Lawyer to Senior Associate Lawyer, and also gained experience at Suarez, Brobia y Ortego Abogados as a Lawyer from September 2002 to June 2004. Marta holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
