Scott Mizwa

Scott Mizwa is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as Head of Talent Management at EchoStar Corporation since July 2024. Previously, Scott held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Food Allergy Institute from November 2022 to April 2023. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at Nestlé Health Science, where Scott was Vice President of Talent & Development, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Director of Human Resources from November 2015 to March 2022. Scott also served as Director of Human Resources at Fougera Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2003 to November 2015 and worked in Human Resources at Cablevision between January 2001 and January 2003. Scott holds a BA in Psychology and Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Arts in Psychology, specializing in Transpersonal Psychology and Ecopsychology, from Naropa University.
