Raidah Salem

Raidah Salem possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, with a strong focus on medical affairs, drug safety, and clinical pharmacy education. As a Medical Affairs Manager at Almirall, from February 2021 to May 2022, Salem led initiatives in medical strategy, patient advocacy, evidence generation, and launched successful medical operations in dermatology. Prior roles include Manager of Drug Safety and Medical Information, focusing on pharmacovigilance and medical communications, and a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Penn Medicine, where Salem managed drug information services and contributed to formulary management and quality initiatives. Currently serving as an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Temple University School of Pharmacy since May 2016, Salem oversees clinical pharmacy rotations and provides mentorship to pharmacy students. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University and an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
