William Byers

William Byers, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and real estate industry. William started their career as the Director of Development and Construction at Ash Properties, Inc., where they oversaw the development and construction of various commercial facilities. William then worked as the Manager of Engineering Services at Genesis Group, where they delivered complex projects and provided expert witness analysis. William later joined CSX as an Engineering Specialist, reviewing and negotiating facility encroachments. At WJB Consulting Engineers, LLC, they served as a Principal and provided land development consulting services, including expert witness testimony. William also worked at CSX Real Property, Inc. as a Manager and Sales Associate, contributing to the leasing and sales of surplus properties. More recently, they held various leadership positions, including Senior Engineering Manager at GAI Consultants, Inc., Engineering Director at JBC Planning & Engineering, LLC, and Land Development Practice Leader at Tetra Tech. William is currently the Vice President and Director of Land Development at Almond Engineering, PA. Throughout their career, William Byers has demonstrated expertise in land development, project management, negotiations, and providing engineering solutions.

William Byers, P.E. obtained a BCE degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
