Dina Ragaban has a diverse work experience, starting from being an HR Coop trainee at Unilever in 2010. Dina then worked as an HR Quality Assurance Specialist at Dallah Al-Barakah Holding in 2012. From 2014 to 2016, they held various roles at King Fahad Medical City, including Head of Metrics and Analysis Unit and Talent Acquisition and Assessment Chairperson. In 2016, they became the Center of Excellence Director at King Fahad Medical City - KFMC. Dina then worked at stc from 2018 to 2020, serving as an HR Strategy & Planning Section Manager and then as an HR Planning Professional. In 2021, they joined the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia as the General Director of HR Planning and Organizational Development. Dina also worked as a Partner-Consultant at Confidential from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Dina holds the position of HR Strategy and People Development Director at Almosafer, starting from January 2023.
Dina Ragaban obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from CBA - College of Business Administrations, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also pursued various certifications. These include obtaining the KPIP certification from the Balanced Scorecard Institute in November 2019, the LDP certification from CCL in December 2017, the CAP certification from GE in 2016, the IPE certification from Mercer in 2016, the Coaching & Mentoring certification from ILM in January 2015, and the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Anexas in 2014.
