Alice Downing

Alice Downing is a professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of International HR Systems & Analytics at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since June 2023. Prior positions include Senior HR Adviser and HR Adviser at Evelyn Partners, as well as various roles at BTG Specialty Pharmaceuticals, where Alice worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Apprentice at Boston Scientific. Alice holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification from Farnborough College of Technology, obtained between 2018 and 2019, and completed secondary education at Waingels College from 2011 to 2018.
