Amira Yusuf

Amira Yusuf, PharmD, RPh, currently serves as a Senior Manager in Global Patient Safety & Risk Management at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since July 2022, previously holding a position as a Global Patient Safety and Risk Management Postdoctoral Fellow. Amira has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University from July 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician and Student Intern at Jewel-Osco, and serving on the Ad hoc OEE Student Advisory Committee and as a Pharmacology & Pharmacotherapeutics Tutor at Midwestern University. Additionally, Amira gained practical experience as a Drug Information Pharmacy Extern at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and as a Pharmacovigilance Extern at AbbVie. Amira earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Xavier University, along with an Associate of Science degree from Moraine Valley Community College.
