Dhruv Chudasama

Dhruv Chudasama is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in operations, systems, and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager, HR Operations, Systems & Analytics at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since May 2021, Dhruv previously held the position of International HR Operations Manager. Prior experience includes HR Operations Lead at King, HR Operations Specialist at Boston Scientific, and roles as HR Assistant at both Royal Holloway, University of London and Welmede. Dhruv holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a BA in Management, both from the University of Hertfordshire.
