Francesca Durant

Francesca Durant is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, operations, and client services across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since March 2018, Francesca has also held the roles of Director and Associate Director within the same organization. Prior to this, Francesca led Pongon LLC as CEO, and managed IT Service Delivery at Electric Insurance Company, overseeing a team of 15 while directly reporting to the CIO. Other notable positions include Manager of Technology Operations at Stream Global Services and Senior Network Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where responsibilities ranged from vendor management to implementing critical disaster recovery solutions. Francesca earned a BA in English/History from Colby Sawyer College.
