Ivan Walker

Ivan Walker has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding significant positions at various companies. Most recently, Ivan serves as the National MSL Director-East at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Ivan was the Senior Director and Team Leader for HBU Anti-Infectives at Pfizer and held multiple positions at Gilead Sciences, including Field Director for East Hepatitis Medical Sciences and Associate Director for HIV Medical Affairs. Earlier in Ivan's career, roles included Medical Science Liaison at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Clinical Specialist at Roche.
