Michelle Bratcher

Michelle Bratcher has extensive experience in quality control within the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Quality Control Analyst III at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Quality Control Analyst III and Quality Control Analyst II at Rentschler Biopharma SE from March 2019 to September 2021, and progressed through various quality control and manufacturing roles at Shire and Baxalta. Beginning as a Manufacturing Associate at Ipsen, Michelle developed foundational skills in manufacturing and quality control. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, with minors in Business and Mathematics, from Framingham State University, completed in 2010.
