Rose Souza

Rose Souza is currently a Manager of HR Systems & Analytics at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where previous roles included Senior HR Operations & Systems Specialist and HR Operations & Systems Specialist, starting in March 2021. Prior to this, Rose worked as a Scientific Recruiter at AP Biosciences from October 2019 to March 2021 and served as a Leasing & Marketing Associate at Lincoln Property Company from April 2019 to October 2019. An internship at Putnam Investments in June 2018 provided experience in client interactions and financial transactions, while an earlier internship at ALKU introduced Rose to recruiting and operations. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Merrimack College, completed in 2019.
