Tiffany Garland

Tiffany Garland is the North America Head of Sales at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, overseeing sales functions for a portfolio of ultra-rare disease products in the United States and Canada, while driving consistent year-over-year revenue growth and leading organizational transformation. Previously, Tiffany held various leadership roles, including U.S. Head of Sales for Rare Disease and Chief of Staff for the Global Rare Disease Business Unit at Alnylam, as well as Regional Director roles at Gilead Sciences and United Therapeutics Corporation, where responsibilities included sales, commercial strategy, and team leadership across multiple rare diseases. Tiffany's extensive career in the pharmaceutical industry began at Sanofi, where leadership was demonstrated across various therapeutic areas, including cardiology and neurology. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
