Urvi Shah is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering with extensive experience in validation and engineering roles across the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Validation Engineer-CQV Packaging & Supply Chain at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since June 2021, Urvi is responsible for managing multiple validation projects, ensuring alignment with global supply chain objectives, and maintaining validated state through lifecycle management. Prior experience includes positions at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, where Urvi supported manufacturing transfer activities and led change control meetings, and Reliance Petrochemicals, focusing on process optimization and troubleshooting. Urvi's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University and a Bachelor’s degree from Dharamsinh Desai University. Early internships provided foundational experience in wastewater treatment and process operations.
