Austin Ricks

Austin Ricks is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in launching and managing wellness clubs and enhancing client experiences. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Hospitality at Alo Yoga since September 2021, Austin successfully led the international expansion of the brand's first wellness club outside the U.S. Previous roles at Alo Yoga include Manager of Hospitality and Experiential and Hospitality Manager, focusing on VIP client relationships and major brand activations. Before joining Alo, Austin held multiple positions at WeWork, overseeing building operations and community engagement, and worked as a Membership Advisor at Equinox and Director of First Impressions at Easton Training Center. Austin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
