Prarthana P. is an experienced retail technology leader currently serving as the Head of Retail Technology, Order Management at Alo Yoga since September 2022. Prior to this role, Prarthana spent over 14 years at Sephora, progressing through various positions including Senior Director of Delivery, PMO-Digital/Retail, Director, and Senior Manager of Quality, among others. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer role at NIIT Technologies Limited and Cimtrix Systems (P) Ltd. Prarthana holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
