Sarah Anderson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support and engineering. Since August 2018, Sarah has held multiple roles at Alogent, including Data Center Application Engineer, Digital Product Support Engineer, and Technical Account Manager. Prior to this, Sarah worked at UPS from October 2014 to August 2018, serving in various capacities such as Workforce Coach, TSC/ICS Coach, and multiple agent roles. Sarah started their career at Sprint as a Sprint Support Agent from June 2013 to October 2014.
