Bobby Macauley II has extensive experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, project management, and sales. Bobby currently holds the position of Director of Performance Marketing at ALOHA, where they lead the marketing team. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Performance Marketing at ALOHA, responsible for implementing marketing strategies.

Before joining ALOHA, Bobby worked as a Senior Digital Strategist at ScaleThat, where they worked with high-spending clients and trained agency partner teams on digital marketing strategies. Bobby managed clients such as Idahoan, Atlantic Coast Brands, DigitalMarketer, Traffic & Conversion Summit, American Outdoor Brands, and Eurofins Scientific.

Bobby also has experience as the Founder of Macauley LLC, a company they started in 2015 and led until 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Human, a brand and communications agency, where they led product and project teams working with clients such as Google, Twitter, The Trade Desk, and The Climate Reality Project.

Earlier in their career, Bobby worked at Healthy Skoop, where they held the roles of National Sales Manager and Ecommerce Manager. In the former role, they successfully launched Healthy Skoop products in major retail outlets and managed promotions and advertising. As an Ecommerce Manager, they oversaw the development of the company's website and implemented a successful affiliate program and digital marketing strategy for brand launch.

Bobby Macauley II has a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. Bobby also holds a Graduate Certificate in Digital Product Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In addition, Bobby has obtained several certifications, including the Brightedge Professional Certification from BrightEdge in December 2021, the Google Partner certification in 2020, the Meta Business Partner certification in 2020, and the Microsoft - DAT101x: Microsoft Professional Orientation: Data Science certification from Microsoft in March 2017.
