Jerome Janicek

Jerome Janicek serves as the Vice President of Plan Operations at AlohaCare since January 2022, overseeing departments such as Customer Service, Enrollment, and Vendor Management, while ensuring compliance with Medicare and NCQA standards. With a focus on strategic leadership and operational improvements, Jerome has been instrumental in enhancing customer engagement and organizational alignment through technology implementation, such as Salesforce and Five9. Prior to AlohaCare, Jerome owned JJ Consulting Solutions, providing strategic customer service solutions, and held leadership roles at Cigna, Amerigroup Corporation, Universal Health Care, WellCare, and Oxford Health Plans, where significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies were achieved. Jerome holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on HealthCare Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management from American InterContinental University.
