Michael Haight, MD, MHA began their work experience in 2015 as the Chief of Pediatric Gastroenterology at UCSF Fresno. In 2016, they also took on the role of Clinical Professor at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals. Most recently, in 2021, they joined AlohaCare as the Senior Medical Director.

Michael Haight, MD, MHA has a diverse education history. Michael earned their Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science/Biological Science from UC Irvine in an unspecified year. Michael then pursued their medical career and obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Loyola University Chicago. Following this, they completed a Pediatrics Residency Program at UC San Diego from 1983 to 1986. Later, they undertook a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, which they completed in 1988. Lastly, they attended the University of Southern California, where they earned a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from 2000 to 2002, specializing in Health Administration.
