Chandrika Gupta

Chandrika Gupta has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources. Chandrika is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Alok Masterbatches Ltd since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Uniparts India Ltd., where they held the positions of Deputy General Manager - Corporate HR and Assistant General Manager - Corporate HR. During their time at Uniparts, Chandrika was responsible for various HR functions, including implementing HR strategies aligned with business needs, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll management, and learning and development. Before joining Uniparts, Chandrika worked at TS Tech Sun India Ltd as an Assistant Manager - HR & Systems, where they designed HR policies and procedures, managed HR budgets, and oversaw recruitment activities.

Chandrika Gupta completed their education at two different institutions. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies- Pune, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HR) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Delhi University and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Maths. Additionally, Chandrika Gupta has also obtained a certification in "Become a Product Manager" from MERCER, COLE in January 2021, and a certification in "Business Analyst Course" from Udemy in September 2018.
