Krystyna Fedorowicz

Krystyna Fedorowicz is currently the Senior People & Culture Manager at Alokai, and previously worked as the People & Culture Manager at Telemedi - Digital Health Platform. Prior to that, Krystyna held the position of Head of People Operations at Gemius. Krystyna also has experience in HR roles at IKEA Group, specializing in IT service desk, recruitment tools, payroll, and a leadership program. Additionally, Krystyna briefly worked as a lecturer on the "Legal aspects of psychotherapy" at Uniwersytet SWPS. Krystyna holds a Master's Degree in Law with a specialization in criminal law.
