Anneke Victorica

Anneke Victorica is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and law. Currently serving as the Senior Global People Partner at WITNESS since June 2023, Anneke has previously founded and directed BloomHR from November 2021 to January 2025. Additionally, Anneke held several key roles at The Engine Room from July 2014 to November 2021, including People Lead, Operations Director, and Project Deputy. Anneke's earlier experience includes serving as a Program Assistant at The Ford Foundation and internships at the Center for Justice and International Law, Child Soldier Relief, and the District of Columbia Superior Court. Anneke obtained a Juris Doctorate in Law with a focus on Human Rights from American University Washington College of Law, a Master 1 in European and International Law from Université Paris Nanterre, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and French from the University of Florida.
