Darren White-Starrs

Darren White-Starrs possesses a diverse professional background in both horticulture and finance. Currently serving as an Organic Horticulture professional at An tIonad Glas - Organic College since September 2021, Darren also contributes as a Telephone Support and Befriending Volunteer for ALONE since April 2021. Previously, Darren held the position of Assistant Vice President in the Citi Markets Supervision team, overseeing sales and trading activities, and worked on various regulatory and compliance projects within Citi from September 2017 to April 2021. Prior experience at Ulster Bank included senior roles in quality assurance, focusing on regulatory compliance and trend analysis between June 2010 and February 2017. Darren is pursuing a degree in Computing & IT at The Open University, expected to complete in 2025, and holds a double award AVCE in ICT from Cross and Passion College, where education was completed between 2000 and 2007.
