Alicia Wood

Alicia Wood, CQA, CSQP, currently serves as the Manager of Quality and Compliance at Alora Pharmaceuticals, LLC, where responsibilities include managing a four-member team to ensure the timely review and resolution of customer complaints and maintaining the customer complaint system. Previously, Alicia held the position of Quality Systems Manager at Acella Pharmaceuticals, LLC, overseeing a five-member interim team to manage FDA remediation activities. Alicia's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Quality and Quality Assurance Manager at Chemence, managing teams to meet quality assurance goals, and various quality control positions at Pharma Tech Industries, where supervision and testing were key responsibilities. Alicia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from the University of North Georgia.
