Danielle McCaffrey

Danielle McCaffrey possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held several senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Alorica, Danielle has also been the Director of Talent Acquisition at STARTEK and the Talent Acquisition Manager at Conduent (formerly Xerox). Prior experience includes positions as Sr. Recruiter at Discover Financial Services and ADP, where Danielle contributed to national accounts and pipeline development. Danielle holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Utah, earned between 1995 and 2007.
