Ross Meachum has extensive experience in talent enrichment and global learning, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Enrichment and Alorica University and Vice President of Global Learning at Alorica since October 2020. Prior to this role, Ross held the position of Sr. Director of Global Learning at Hertz from November 2017 to September 2020. Ross's career also includes significant contributions at DISH TV, where roles ranged from Director of Training, Quality, and Analytics to Call Center Site Manager and Senior Program Manager over a span of 17 years.
