Saygun Bektaş Doğan

Saygun Bektaş Doğan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Saygun Bektaş started their career in 2009 as a Music Teacher and Drummer at Workshop Sanat, where they eventually took on management responsibilities, including hiring educators and organizing their schedules. Saygun Bektaş held this position until 2014.

In 2014, they joined EY as an Assistant/Experienced Assistant before being promoted to Senior Tax Consultant. In these roles, they provided tax audit services and consultancy to companies in various industries, including energy, defense, mining, and construction. Saygun Bektaş also handled corporate tax, income tax, value-added tax, stamp tax, accounting, and investment issues. Saygun Bektaş worked at EY until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Saygun worked at Eti as an Internal Auditor. Saygun Bektaş conducted operational, financial, and compliance audits while preparing reports for board members and sharing audit results with departments.

In 2018, they joined ENERGO-PRO as the Financial Control and Reporting Manager. Later, they also served as a Senior Finance Specialist responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and control. Saygun Bektaş held these positions until 2020.

In 2020, Saygun became the Head of Finance at Sosyopix, where they managed financial operations and oversaw financial planning and analysis. Saygun Bektaş stayed with the company until 2021.

Currently, Saygun holds the position of VP of Finance at AloTech and Call Center Studio, starting in 2021.

Saygun Bektaş Doğan attended Middle East Technical University from 2008 to 2014, where they studied Economics. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Independent Auditor from the Public Oversight Authority in December 2020, Principles of Project Finance from the Turkish Capital Markets Association in October 2019, and CPA from Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Mühasebeci Hizmetleri in October 2018. It is not specified when they obtained the certification in Fraud Investigation and Interrogation Techniques from KPMG Türkiye.
