Elle P

Elle P has been in the sales industry for the past 5 years. In 2021, they began working as a Business Development Specialist for Aloware, where they use prospecting strategies to reach out to new leads/prospects, identify their needs and challenges, and schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Development Representative for RingCentral, where they reached out to prospects/leads who had been on the website but failed to complete signing up, and assisted with their inquiries and scheduled discovery meetings with Sales Executives. From 2016-2020, Elle held the role of Sales and Retention Specialist at Concentrix, where they helped to maintain long term relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service experience and tying them up to a new contract. Additionally, they were a coach for more than two years, managing new hires' performance and ensuring they had the learning they needed.
