Maartje Berkers-Wonders

Maartje Berkers-Wonders has extensive experience in the field of education and support for children with special needs. Currently serving as Directeur at Aloysius Stichting since June 2008, Maartje has held multiple roles including Locatiecoördinator and provided ambulatory support to various educational institutions. Responsibilities include coaching teachers and students, organizing intervision meetings, and transferring expertise in ADHD, ASS, and behavioral issues. Prior to this, Maartje worked as a teacher at Tarcisiusschool and as a residential counselor at Dichterbij, focusing on children and youth with developmental challenges. Maartje holds a master’s degree as a behavior specialist from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and a degree from Pabo de Kempel.
