Yuliya Karayon

Yuliya Karayon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Yuliya currently holds the position of Chief Business Development Officer at Alpaca Expo Group since September 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Business Development Director, Deputy Director in administrative and international affairs, and Head of HR and Administrative department at the same company.

In 2011, Yuliya joined ExpoAgency, Ltd as Deputy Director, where they were responsible for organizing exhibitions and business events, exhibition stand design and construction, international sales, and project management.

Before that, they worked at Vogster Entertainment as an HR manager and Chief Assistant from 2008 to 2009. Yuliya also gained HR management experience at Olimp in 2006.

Overall, Yuliya Karayon has demonstrated expertise in business development, international affairs, HR management, project management, team building, and strategic planning throughout their career.

Yuliya Karayon obtained a Master's degree in public administration from the National Academy of Public Administration attached to the Office of the President of Ukraine in 2008. Yuliya also received a Master's degree from Institut Regional d'Administration de Lille in 2007. In addition, they completed a Master's degree in human resources from the National Academy of Public Administration attached to the Office of the President of Ukraine between 2001 and 2006. Yuliya Karayon also obtained a certification in DELF B2 from Centre Francais de l'Ukraine in 2008.
