Michael Donley Jr has a broad range of work experience in the financial industry. Michael is currently working at Alpaca as a Corporate Action/Margin Specialist. Before that, they worked at Scottrade for a short period as a Reorganization Associate, where they processed reorganizations and adjusted positions. Their earliest work experience was at Edward Jones, where they worked for five years as an Operations/Service Specialist, providing world-class service to clients, assisting with various documents, and identifying trends for process improvement.

Michael Donley Jr received a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Business Administration with a Finance Emphasis from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. These include the General Securities Representative - Series 7 certification from FINRA, which they obtained in December 2022, the Operations Professional - Series 99 certification from FINRA, which they obtained in January 2022, and the SIE certification from FINRA, which they obtained in December 2021.
