Office Manager at Alpaca

Tracey Torola has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tracey most recently worked as an Office Manager at Alpaca since March 2019. Prior to that, Tracey was the Owner/Manager of Brad’s Benson House Air BNB starting in April 2018. Tracey also had a period of unemployment where they actively searched for work in the East Bay Area in 2018.

In 2017, Tracey served as the Community Relations Director at Pacifica Senior Living, where they led the inside sales effort and developed relationships with referral agencies and healthcare providers. Tracey used YARDI to manage leads and consistently exceeded management expectations.

From 2001 to 2016, Tracey held the role of Senior Living Manager/Marketing Director at Cedar Lake Village. Tracey coached and led a director team, achieving above-budgeted census consistently. In 2012, they received the Augusta Award for Employee of the Year.

Tracey's earlier work experience includes being an Activities Director/Resource Development/Activities Assistant at Good Samaritan Society - Olathe from 1986 to 2001. There, they orchestrated and led the activity program for skilled nursing residents, coordinated the volunteer program, and led fundraising efforts.

Tracey Torola attended Mid America Nazarene University from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Relations.
