Marcos Molina Brammer has a diverse range of work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Marcos began their career as a Student Technical Assistant at Marquette University in 2013. Marcos then interned as a Travel Administrator at Johnson Controls Inc. before joining Generac Power Systems as an International Accounts Coordinator, where they provided support to Latin America and Caribbean dealers and drove sales and business growth in the region.

After that, they worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative, a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to transforming the U.S. health system. Marcos then joined Fishbowl Marketing Analytics as a Digital Account Manager, where they managed online marketing campaigns for regional restaurant brand clients.

In 2016, Marcos joined Quinn Evans Architects as a Marketing Communications Coordinator, where they supported marketing and business development efforts and implemented strategies for messaging and campaigns across various social media channels. Marcos also played a key role in organizing and producing marketing deliverables for the firm.

In 2017, Marcos co-founded PRILIO, an international multi-channel agency specializing in digital marketing and brand positioning. In this role, they focused on supporting clients' marketing efforts and ensuring successful audience reach.

In 2018, Marcos joined Spark Networks as a Junior Communications Manager, responsible for communicating each of the brand's missions and product benefits to their target audiences. From 2021 to 2023, Marcos worked at TIER Mobility as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, overseeing the strategy and management of paid social campaigns for app user acquisition across various platforms and regions.

In 2023, Marcos became the Head of Performance Marketing at heyStefan!, where they continue to utilize their expertise in performance marketing to drive results for the company.

Marcos Molina Brammer began their education at the American Military Academy in 1995 and completed their high school education in 2009. Marcos then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Marketing from Marquette University, graduating in 2014. As part of their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Université catholique de Lyon in 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on International Business. In May 2013, Marcos also earned a Certificat de Compétence Français from the Université Catholique de Lyon.
