Daniela Almeida

Daniela Almeida has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as Compensation Manager at Alpargatas S.A. since July 2005. In this role, Daniela has been responsible for creating HR reports, managing headcount and budget information, and coordinating the company’s personnel budgeting process. Daniela's expertise includes aligning schedules with various departments, system parameterization, communication, guidance, calculations, audits, and generating managerial reports. Prior to this position, Daniela worked at CERTEGY LTDA from July 2000 to March 2003 in education and development roles. Daniela holds education credentials from Ibmec (2008-2009) and Universidade Santo Amaro - Unisa.
