Carie Curtis, MHRM, SPHR, CCP, is an experienced compensation professional with a robust background in managing and implementing compensation strategies across various industries. As Compensation Manager at Thresholds since July 2019, Carie has previously held similar roles at Stepan Company and CDK Global, along with contract positions focusing on salary structure development and compliance with compensation regulations at Fresenius Kabi and LaSalle Network. With a strong analytical approach, Carie has contributed to compensation data integration and system administration at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and managed HR functions at organizations like Akorn, Inc., and Siemens Building Technologies.
