Heloisa Granja Brown

Heloisa Granja Brown is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Global People Director at Alpargatas S.A. since September 2025. Previously, Heloisa held various key roles at Whirlpool Corporation, culminating in the position of Latin America Talent Hub Director from October 2011 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading talent operations across Latin America, driving talent and compensation cycles, and managing organizational effectiveness. Heloisa has extensive experience in talent management, succession planning, and aligning people strategies with business goals.
