Jessica Matos

Jessica Matos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management and product engineering. Currently serving as Gerente Centro de Inovação at Alpargatas S.A. since February 2021, Jessica oversees the execution of technical and operational tests for new product models, manages production samples for marketing conventions, and spearheads strategic collaborations for special models. Previous roles include Coordenadora de Engenharia de Produto and Coordenadora de Processos e Lançamentos, where Jessica was responsible for pilot productions and managing strategic directions for product launches. Prior to Alpargatas, Jessica worked at Cetrel as Engenheira de Projetos, leading project management processes from scope development to final delivery. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Quality, Management, and Process Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA in Digital Business from USP, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
