Pedro Paiva

Pedro Paiva serves as the EMEA Operations Director at Havaianas, a position held since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading the EMEA supply chain network across various functions such as Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, and Inventory Management for over 40 countries. Prior to this role, Pedro was the Supply Chain Director and an Executive Committee Member at Salsa from April 2008 to July 2016, where strategic planning and operations were emphasized to enhance company performance. Experience also includes serving as Country Manager for Portugal at Salsa, as well as Logistics Manager overseeing an omnichannel operation for multiple countries. Pedro's career began at Vicaima S.A. and included roles in operations management and sales, complemented by a brief tenure in IT Supply Chain Business Development at ENERCON GmbH. Pedro holds a degree in Management from Universidade do Porto and has completed executive education in Logistics at Porto Business School.
