Silvio Tini de Araujo

Bachelor in Legal and Economic Sciences, graduate and postgraduate in Civil Law from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP, with an extension in Macroeconomics from the New York Institute of Finance– NYIF. He is Chairman and Controller of Bonsucex Holding since its foundation in 1982, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Terra Santa SA and Member of the Board of Directors of Alpargatas SA He was a member of the Board of Directors of Paranapanema SA, Metalúrgica Barbará, Companhia Paraibuna de Metais, Eluma Indústria e Comércio SA, Caraíba Metais SA, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mineração Buritirama SA. He is currently Honorary Vice-President of the Brazilian Museum of Sculpture (MUBE), Counselor of the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP), and Counselor of the Sociedade Hípica Paulista (SHP). He was Counselor of São Paulo Golf Clube (SPGC), founder and President of the Brazilian Association of Breeders of the Andalusian-Brazilian Horse (ABCAB). He is a redeemed member and benefactor of Sport Club Corinthians Paulista (SCCP).
