Omar Qari

Omar Qari is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the digital commerce and investment sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Logicbroker since January 2025, Omar leads a company that connects trading partners and enhances digital commerce operations, handling billions in gross merchandise value. Additionally, since July 2025, Omar has been a member of the Industry Partner Council at the National Retail Federation, advocating for retail advancement. Omar's previous roles include Operating Partner at K1 Investment Management, Board Advisor at Emburse, SVP and Head of Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Development at Abacus (which Omar co-founded), and an Investor at The Abraaj Group. Omar began the career as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo. Academic credentials include a BS in Computer Science from Wake Forest University and participation in Y Combinator.
