Valter Silva

Valter Silva has extensive experience in production supervision and leadership, currently serving as Supervisor de produção at Alpargatas S.A. since August 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the production process of sandals and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Valter has previously held roles as Líder de Produção, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving using various analytical tools, and as an Operator de serigrafia, responsible for preparing materials for painting.
