David Seroy

David Seroy is an experienced professional in growth strategy and financial consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Growth and Strategy at Alpen Labs since April 2024, David previously founded Old North Capital Fund, which specialized in providing flexible, asset-based financing for real estate investors in North Carolina until its acquisition by The Loan Store, Inc. in June 2022. David's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from September 2012 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing complex third-party investigations and assisting clients in licensing strategies. David began a consulting career at Deloitte, focusing on data analysis and recovery of revenue leakage. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Arizona, awarded in 2012.
